I push the tapers in as far as they go until it starts to get painful and then I discovered that slightly twisting it while pushing it in kind of numbers it and makes it good in easier.
I would just use tapers and push them in till it started to hurt and then give it time and slowly push them in throughout the day. You can use oils to help lubricate it just be careful what kind!
Ear butter is perfect for your lobes so they don’t dry & start peeling, when you’re sizing up don’t size up 2 different sizes lest then 2 weeks you will rip your ear & the process will take longer
Me personally I find taping to be the best and least painful way. You put tapw on your plugs and slowly stretch them until you reach the next gauge. Ive done this for my past 3 almost 4 stretches. Easiest and least painful method I know of!
Ear butter is key, keep those babies moisturizeD. I just like to use the thick silicone plugs to stretch em. I never recommend skipping sizes because thats how you hurt yourself. For those big jumps though i always have used electrical tape, it helps so much. Its all about doing it gradually.
