I always liked having earrings in my ears and not taking them out. However, they would get stuck in my hair and other things and they would hurt the back of my ear if I layed on my side. I decided to stretch my ears so I could keep something in them without any discomfort. I can put in my tunnels and such and leave them in (as long as I cleaned them every so often) without a problem. Once I did it I never wanted to go back.
Hey, so I was 12 when I first started stretching my ears, I did it because I have super sinsitive skin and I could never wear “cheap” earrings. They had to be real gold or silver or it was a no go. But then I got some plastic tunnels from Walmart and everything changed . Being able to wear different materials in my ears made a world of difference. I started it small but now I’m at 3/4 and I love wood, stone, bone, and plastic or acrylic plugs!!!!!! I’m much happier with my ears now than I have ever been! It’s been 10 years since I first stretched my ears, it’s been a long lobe journey but I’m finally at my goal size!!!!
Ive had my ears stretched for about 7 years. At first, when i was 14 i had no idea what gauges were and the ones i bought i thought were regular ear rings, lol joke was on me because they werent. When i found out exactly what gauges were, i ended up liking them. I loved the feeling of being different from everyone in my school. Since then, i continue to go bigger. I finally stopped at 00g and i couldnt be happier. It was just one big happy mistake.
So I stared stretching when I was fairly young, but it was kind of on again off again and never past a 6. As I got older and into a position where I could stretch more (work, school, boring parentals, etc.) I decided I really liked the look of stretched ears and because of the materials I have reactions a lot less often.
I wanted to stretch my ears because I like body modifications and you can experience different sizes on what you like and it’s very unique. I wanted to be different
