The tunnels are nice, very flexible. Theyre a little bent out if shape because of packaging but that's normal, no way to really prevent that. Customer service was great! Theyre very friendly and reply quickly! Will definitely order from again! Would like to see some options for in betweens sizes though! ❤️❤️
