Ordered a size 8mm (0gauge). Wearable width is ~7mm, but because they are so light that’s fine for me even with small ears. Easy to get in and comfortable to sleep in. I usually wear this pair at work.

Plugs have the pictured design & glow great, but they're not as narrow a ridge; they're about twice as wide as pictured, but the advertised pic may be more accurate for the larger guages. I ordered mine in 0.

These are fun. Had to peel a bit of excess silicone off from the spiral cut that was still connected and dangling.
