What Gauge Size should I get for my heart plugs?

We have your gauge size in mind.  If you normally wear 0 gauge round plugs we have carved and measured these heart plugs to fit in the same 0 gauge stretched ear.  So rest assured these heart plugs will fit in the same gauge size as your normal round plug gauge size.

Wear your heart plugs for a short period of time

We have some recommendations for when you first start wearing shaped plugs.  These heart gauges are considered a shaped plug.  When you first introduce a new shape other than round plugs we recommend to take it slow.  Wear these heart plugs for a short period of time and allow your stretched ears to get used to your new shape.   For more information please click..Proper Use of Shaped Plugs
