Abalone Steel Saddles are measured to fit in your ears.  So if you normally wear a 0G round plug you would purchase a 0G saddle.  They are currently available in these sizes.

These are freaking amazing. They have a nice weight and are gorgeous. The pictures do not even come close to the product. I wear an 8mm and got these in the same size, and they are so comfortable. If you are in-between sizes, get a size down.
