Do you ever feel judged for having stretched ear?

I used to feel this but eventually got over it.  No need to hear my story we want to hear yours.

People get the wrong first impression of me when they see me for the most part. I’m Korean as well and body modifications are not accepted in Korean culture but it doesn’t bother me much. I like the look of stretched ears. I always have and now that I’m at an inch I don’t think anyone’s opinion could make me think differently about how I see myself.

Oh yeah I’m judged by everyone in my family, but I don’t take it to heart because I’m doing my own thing while they do theirs. I honestly don’t care lol. Tattoos and piercings are becoming more common and people are just gonna have to deal with it.

I allow myself to look, think, express and create the way I want to, I live for myself and we all deserve to make ourselves happy and feel as real with ourselves as we can be! It doesn’t bother me at all how people judge, my happiness does not reside in comments from a stranger on the street, it’s within! :)

I hear comments from some people, but I brush it off. It’s what I like and I’m going to continue to make myself happy.

I never feel judged. A lot of older people ask me “did that hurt?”, or “what are you going to think when you get older?”. I’m just like I love my ears. I have had mine for 10 years now and I’m currently at 3/4ths. I want to go up to an inch and then I’ll be done. The older people just laugh it off and think I’m crazy half the time but, it’s my body and I’m the one that has to love with it.
