The answer is, yes! All the time. I’m constantly getting looks and I get comments quite often. Some even give me this gross face and then proceed to ask to touch my stretched ears.
But, I simply don’t care. I didn’t decide to get body modifications to please anyone else besides myself.
I’ve never felt judged for having stretched ears oh mean of course people as questions but they all end up thinking they look cool or depending on the plugs or tunnels I have in they think they are pretty
I used to get judged a lot when i stretched my ears. I’m 34, started stretching when it was still a fairly new trend among girls my age. (I was 15) I feel like it’s much more common now though, and it’s rare that I feel judged for any of my tattoos, piercings and mods.
Sometimes I feel judged about my ears, although their not very large (yet!) but being from a rual town in Kentucky just about anything you do around here is looked at as a little odd. I’ve been experimenting with body modification since I was about 13 getting my first body piercing then and my first tattoo at 15,and beginning to stretch my ears on and off since I was 18 I’m now 22 and I’ve accumulated several other tattoos and piercings since my first one. I really do t care about the judgment,I am who I am and I love myself for that
I started to stretch my ears cuz I always found it fascinating. I did not care nor care what others think. They are my ears. It helps show my kids to me themselves as well. My kids love the different look it is and all the different designs. Yes I get looks from people about them and told what if I don’t want them when I’m older I just look at them and ask if they thought the same thing when they got their tattoos lol.
