I wish I had advice from others when I first started stretching my ears. Here is the chance for you to give others some advice.
If you were to give advice to someone just starting to stretch their ears, what would it be?

I have 32mm stretched lobes- equal to 1&1/4g. The best advice I can give is to go slow. Do daily Jojoba or Vitamin E oil massages, only use teflon/bondage tape to stretch lobes. Use a non porous material for stretching like medical grade titanium or stainless steel. Silicon causes micro tears in the skin and promotes infection. Stretched lobes heal like any piercing does, average time is 8 weeks. Cleanse lobes twice daily using saline solution.
My advice would be take ur time its not a race
Take it slow. Stretching is a long process, and if you rush or skip sizes, you run three risk of tearing, which is extremely painful. Also, keep your ears clean. You will want to avoid infections.
Dont rush it. Everyone’s ears are different and take different amounts of time to heal.
Don’t skip 2!! And take your time. You Can stretch them in the shower using soap, you don’t have to buy expensive products to stretch out your ears
