What size are your stretched ears? and How long did it take you to get to your size?
We want to hear how long it took you to get to the size you wanted. We always give the advice of taking your time and taking it slow, but please let us how long it took you.

I’m at 12mm (1/2"). I stretched myself, over a period of 2 months. Not recommended, the faster you stretch the higher your change of ripping. I was fortunate I never ripped, but it was painful doing it that fast.
Mine are 1/2 in. Took me about 5 years.
I’m at 20mm. Took me about three years with a few long breaks. Totally could of taken about half the time. Lol.
3/4” and it took about 3 years. Went slow to ensure no tearing!
I am stretched to am 8g, took me about a year, but I started out just adding additional 14g hoops until I got up to a 4.
