The evil eye dates back at least to the 6th century BC. It is common in the Greek and Turkish cultures. The beliefs most common follow that the eye can strike anyone at any moment. These glass plugs are protection from the evil eye.
These evil eye plugs are available from 6mm - 25mm. Each of these plugs is hand made from glass and individually hand painted. There will be slight variances in the finished pieces. No two plugs will be exactly alike.

I’ve wanted these since first seeing them! They shipped very fast. They’re not going to be perfectly identical because of the nature of the material, but this isn’t really noticeable while wearing them. The front flares are larger than the back, so I insert them from the front.

Quite like these, they're cute and durable
The idea is cool but due to the nature of glass my pair has a flat iris that is very noticeable. I also don’t really like that the back of the plugs is black.
