The Loki Steel Saddles are double flared and measure to fit in your ears.  So if you normally wear a 0g round plug you would purchase a 0g saddle.  They are currently available in these sizes.

Absolutely love these.

I bought these on impulse after my dog Loki passed away. I never expected to love them so much. They are beautiful, fit perfectly and I think of him everytime I wear them.

I love these saddles a lot, however, I am 25mm and ordered 25mm, but they are scary to get into my ears. I did get a small scratch on one lobe from the saddle, but I filed it down. Perhaps ordering a smaller size would be better? Once the saddle was in, it fit well and I had no problems. Just getting it in and out was a little concerning.
