We have carved these wood hexagon tunnels to fit into your size stretched ears.  The sizes are measured to fit in the same gauge as if you would measure with a regular round tunnel.  So if you have 0 gauge ears then you would purchase 0 gauge tunnels.  This wood hexagon tunnel design is available from 6mm - 30mm.

Only wear shaped plugs for a short duration of time.

Shaped plugs, while visually striking, should not be worn for extended periods in stretched ears due to potential pressure points created by their irregular shapes. Unlike round plugs, shaped designs can unevenly distribute pressure on the ear tissue, leading to discomfort, irritation, or even damage over time. To maintain healthy, well-healed stretched ears, it’s recommended to wear shaped plugs for short durations and switch to properly fitted, smooth, round plugs for long-term wear.
