Steel Saddles are measured to fit in your ears.  So if you normally wear a 0G round plug you would purchase a 0G saddle.  They are currently available in these sizes.

Saddle plugs

Buy one size smaller because the way they're designed I couldn't get them in until I stretched them up a size. They are a bit bulky. But well made and cheap because I got them on sale.
