The Bat Saddles are double flared and measured to fit in your ears. So if you normally wear a 0 gauge round plug you would purchase a 0G saddle. They are currently available in these sizes.

I love these so much. I really have to make myself pick another pair, or I would wear them every day. This is my second reorder because I lost one and can't live without them. They're comfortable. Not too big or too heavy. Perfect.

My first pair of saddles and they do not disappoint. I did find that wearing them for long periods on time makes them a little looser, so don’t go to sleep with them in! Otherwise a great fit.
Got a pair and never wrote a review. Lost one saddle and went ahead and bought a second pair... two days later I found the lost saddle now I have two pair and I regret nothing!!!
They are amazing buuut, you will have to keep them away from others hair if you're a hugger, and if your ears are as stretchy as mine then maybe you will have to wake up and search for them in the sheets. 😉
Smaller than my holes so they fall out. Really disappointed..
