The Steel Saddles are double flared and measured to fit in your ears.  So if you normally wear a 0G round plug you would purchase a 0G saddle.  Use your normal round gauge plugs size to purchase the same size saddle.  They are currently available in these sizes.  We currently have these saddles from 0 gauge all the way up to 30mm.

These snake stainless steel saddles are very comfortable and safe to wear for your stretched ears.  They give a great unique look to your ears.  One of my favorite things to hear our customers say is how surprised they are that our ear saddles fit perfectly and look so cool.  Stainless steel saddles are one of the safest materials for your stretched ears.
