Wearable area not large enough for thicker lobes

Love the look and feel of these plugs, they are definitely high quality and made with care, but as someone with thicker lobes I have a problem with plugs slipping out a lot if their wearable area isn’t wide enough. This happened with these plugs so I basically can’t wear them at all. I thought they looked pretty thick from the pictures but… wearable area is super narrow. Patiently waiting to find a company that lets customers customize wearable area size!
