Silicone. They work the best for me

My favorite is wood. They stay the cleanest and I love the natural look. Sadly my favorite wood ones are 2 sizes too small. Time to get a new pair

Over the years my ears only really like wood or natural materials. But I love the way wood plug look so I don’t mind. :)

My absolute favorite is buffalo horn. Super smooth, not heavy, look sharp!
