Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed after 2:00 EST business hours, on weekends, or holidays will ship the next business day.
During new product launches, major sales, and Halloween season, processing times may be slightly longer.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship from Orlando, Florida using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.
Shipping options at checkout:

Free shipping on U.S. orders over $50
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed once the package is with the carrier.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear. Please note: USPS is responsible for shipping the package. We have no control of their job of delivering a package to you.
Shipping Protection (Optional)
Customers may add Shipping Protection at checkout.
This covers:

If protection is purchased and an issue occurs, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Two Feather Plugs is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your order is marked delivered but cannot be located:

check with neighbors or household members

contact the shipping carrier

file a claim if protection was purchased
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:

additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package
Address changes cannot always be guaranteed after an order is placed.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
