I wish I had advice from others when I first started stretching my ears. Here is the chance for you to give others some advice.
If you were to give advice to someone just starting to stretch their ears, what would it be?

My advice is GO SLOW. Don’t rush between sizes. Make sure you wait the recommended time between stretches (and sometimes longer) before going up.
Also use organic or natural plugs/tunnels! Glass, metal, stone, wood, bone, horn, etc are ALL better for you than acrylic. Never use acrylic!
If stretching make sure you take a good amount of time between sizes so your ears can heal. Once you rip or tear a stretch it will take even longer
To get to desired size! What I found to work best for me was after a hot shower, removing and cleaning my ear pieces, using vitamin E oils and stretching to the next size slowly.
Don’t rush it!
I would tell them to make sure to wait for their ears to heal between stretching. I would also recommend massaging the lobes and either using a safe lubricant, or stretching in the shower.
Art takes time. Take it slow and talk to people who have done it beforehand. You’ll give yourself so much more freedom to switch things up and avoid so much pain by doing it the right way. Blown out ears are no one’s friend.
