I wish I had advice from others when I first started stretching my ears. Here is the chance for you to give others some advice.
If you were to give advice to someone just starting to stretch their ears, what would it be?

Start small, go slow, and make sure to clean your ears as much as possible. Don’t play with them unless you want to stretch them bigger, because I keep doing it on accident. ?
Take it slow. Patience is key for healthy healing and no ripping.
Stretch slowly so as not to rip the skin. They can get dry and irritated I’ve found neosporin works fast. Remember to take out your plugs or whatever you use when you shower. For me its the easiest way to remember to keep them clean.
The best advice for anyone starting out is, take your time. Stretching your ears is not a race, it is a life long commitment, and should be done with caution and respect for your body. If it doesn’t feel right, don’t push it, you have your whole life to slowly stretch those lobes without causing damage. I also advise, taking them out a least once a day for cleaning, and I like to moisturize my lobes when unscented lotion when I take my plugs out.
TAKE YOUR TIME! I know you want that big size and you most likely want It now but if you take your time it will all be worth it trust me. It’s better to have healthy holes then have to deal with thin skin blow outs etc.
