Is it OK to Sleep in Ear Weights?

We typically recommend ear weights for short term use.  So a night out on the town or a day at work.  The ear weights will cause an uneven stretch to your ears.  You want to adjust them with regular round plugs.  We do not recommend sleeping in ear weights.  The ear weights will not stretch, they could get hung up on something like your pillow, and they really are not a good fit to sleep in.  We recommend taking them out and replacing them with a regular round plug.
