We have carved these wood hexagon plugs to fit into your size stretched ears.  The sizes are measured to fit in the same gauge as if you would measure with a regular round plug.  So if you have 0 gauge ears then you would purchase 0 gauge plugs.  This wood hexagon plug design is available from 6mm - 30mm.
