I wish I had advice from others when I first started stretching my ears. Here is the chance for you to give others some advice.
If you were to give advice to someone just starting to stretch their ears, what would it be?

Use single flare glass with round ends or implant grade titanium or steel to stretch with. There should be NO pain, blood or signs of an open wound. Moistuize daily and clean when you wash your face. Stretching 1mm per three months is a good general timeline to look at, some need more time and others less.
Take your time, there is no need to rush. It will be less painful and you will have less chance of damaging your ears.
Take your time! Sizing up too fast can lead to bad results so just be patient and make sure you keep them clean
Ultimately, your pain tolerance will tell you how quickly you can increase your size. It’s best to give at least two weeks in between. I like to use witch hazel to clean my ears and guages. It doesn’t soften your ears like rubbing alcohol or peroxide can. It will sting if infected. The best time to stretch up is right after getting out of a hot, steamy shower. Your skin is easier to stretch at that point and it is usually less painful. Always go slowly when increasing size to avoid damage to your ear lobe. A little bleeding is normal, so don’t be alarmed. Just be sure to clean it with witch hazel and Q Tips! Have fun!!
The best advice I could offer to someone just beginning to stretch their ears is to not get in a rush and keep them clean!
