I downsized just by not wearing my plugs for a big and after a few years they shrank a bit.
To downsize i took my gauges out at 3/4 of an inch, and let it size down by its self for two years, then i popped a plug in and it went back to size 1/2
I took my 3/4th gauges out for 6 months and shrunk to about a 0g, I always rubbed my ears roughly to agitate them and make them heal smaller and I also got the humorous but effective tip to use hemroid cream. I ended up stretching back up to 3/4ths though because I LOVE MY BIG LOBES and I missed wearing all my favorite plugs in this size.
I had to down size, to keep up appearances as a military wife. I just rubbed my lobes with bio oil twice a day and it brought me from a 1 back to a 14
I downsized my ears for nursing classes and I achieved going from 3/4” to 1/2” by just leaving my plugs out for multiple weeks at a time.
